Details

As soon as your child touches the handlebar of the Mini Micro Deluxe Magic, the integrated touch sensor makes the LED lights on the handlebar shine in five different colors. This not only increases the fun factor, but also the visibility and safety in the dark. In addition, the scooter with its patented steering system promotes balance, coordination and motor skills. The anti-slip coating on the running board ensures a secure footing and the height-adjustable steering bar ensures maximum driving comfort. The robust light balls are made of shock-absorbing plastic and are waterproof. The batteries can be easily replaced thanks to the simple twist lock.

The AA batteries are not included.

- What kind of delivery time should I expect?
  All items are shipped immediately, if available from stock. Delivery is only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
  
  The following delivery options are available:
  - PostPac Priority (free of charge): For orders placed before 2 p.m. usually next day delivery (except for orders placed Friday after 2 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays).
  - Swiss-Express "Moon" (CHF 25.00): For orders placed before 2 p.m., guaranteed delivery by 9 a.m. the following day (Monday to Saturday).

- Can I pre-order or reserve a product that is not available?
  
  If an item is not available at short notice, you can register for the stock alert. Click on the small bell symbol at the top of the product overview, to the right of the product image. As soon as the product is available again, we will inform you by e-mail.
- How can I return an item?
  
  You can return your item by mail with the return slip. You will receive the return slip after the order, together with the proof of purchase, by e-mail. Please note that the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
- How can I exchange an item?
  
  You can return your item to us by mail with the return slip. Please note the item number of the desired replacement product on the return bill. As soon as we have received the purchased product back from you, we will send you the desired replacement product. The difference will be credited or invoiced to you accordingly.
- How long do I have warranty on the product?
  
  If you purchased your product in the official Micro Online Shop or in the Micro Flagship Store at Poststrasse 37 in Küsnacht, we will extend your warranty by 1 year free of charge. The warranty period is now 36 months instead of 24 months, starting from the date of purchase.
  
  Excluded from this warranty extension are all Electric products.
